:bye:  Good afternoon!

My name is Jose and I'm a Food Science Engineer from Mexico, currently working in a fruit processing facility. I'm young in the industry, but I'm loving all the learning from the food safety and quality management systems. This month our team tackled BRC and we passed with a B: :yay: , almost an A. I have some experience on HACCP and GMP audits, and worked previously in the meat industry. Currently looking forward to the next challenge which will be probably be moving to an unannounced audit and getting an A+. Also an ISO-22:000.

If I had known this forum existed a few months before, I think the way to BRC would have been waaaaay less stressful hahaha.

Let's have a nice time and lot of learning here in the forums. Looking forward to it!!

Kind Regards.

Kind regards,
