Hello everyone!

I found this network while I was looking for some information for an upcoming audit. I saw a lot of useful articles and forums, so I decided to join the network for future reference.

I work for a meat processing plant and just recently got promoted to the supervision position. Being a newbie to this role, I do quite a lot of research for a lot of my job duties since I am beginning to understand more about quality and food safety.

I am looking forward to meeting new acquaintances and learn more!

Hello and welcome. I am new as well but even in my short time here, I have found answers to questions and been able to find many resources to help me move forward. If you have questions, ask away! There are many industry professionals here and they do a great job answering questions you may have. This place is a great resource!
