I have been a voyeur for several years, and learnt a great deal from the posts in many forums, thank you.
A little about myself, I am currently the Quality Manager in a fruit & vegetable juice business, formerly I was in a similar role in the meat processing business.
I do not have a formal education in food science however i am no spring chicken, and have learnt enough to provide competent service to my employers. with some industry specific training courses.
Both companies have achieved Grade A in BRC audits since 2005, and Grade AA in 2015.
