Hi, please could someone let me have a template of a contract or formal agreement they have with service provider (waste removal contractor or laundry contractor). I am quality manager in a food factory and require this under BRC 3.5.3.2. Thank you. Sharon

Ask for copies of a contract from laundry service providers.  Bidvest Laundry Group is in Kempton Park, South Africa.  They will probably share a sample contract with you in the hopes of getting your business.

The contract should be 2 way .. Not just what they offer but what you need from them .Eg GMP requirements if they will enter the plant, frequencies , audits you want them to maintain, which methods to use etc.
