Hi
I'm new here, been lurking for a while now though, love the forum.
I'm from Glasgow, Scotland.
I'm relatively new to the food industry, <1year in food service factory (bakery goods for high street coffee chain). I got picked out from the production line by my department manager for showing interest in ways to improve, and a keen eye for detail. I'm now a QA and I'm absolutely loving it!
