We currently use 100% Isopropyl Alcohol for cleaning and for other various uses. We are concerned due to the flammability and have general safety concerns. We are using Alpet D2 to clean our food contact equipment. Does anyone have an recommendations for what else could be used to replace the IPA?

We use saniwipes. http://www.saniprofe...al.com/products. They are approved for food contact surfaces and our SQF auditors have been satisfied with them.
