Had my first BRC audit after numerous (5-6ish?) SQF audits, just concluded...

3 minors

- Peeling film off of a stainless steel sheet that was never removed when installed

- GDPs ... people not properly correcting mistakes.  Argh.

- GMPs ... our temporary corporate QA in another state decided to reformat our GMPs and left out the clause about dealing with personal medication.  Double argh.

So... yeah

Fantastic result Marshenko...well done.

I'd like to ask why you changed from SQF as they're both GFSI.

Regards,

Simon

Raw fresh and frozen fish, processed, filleted, deboned, some stuffed... and we also have RTE box-in box-out distribution.

Different company Simon.  I was working in raw meat on the east coast US, now in fish here, and they preferred BRC.
