Does anyone have any recommendations to manage dock seals? These are a constant issue to the auditors from the past few audits we had as they notice even the smallest sliver of light through the doors. The shipping area is always busy and damage occurs on a daily basis. Only way out is to have the audit at night

In my view they should not be getting damaged on a daily basis enough to be raising auditor awareness.  Sure, they wear quickly, but I would search for why repair/replacement is required so frequently.  Perhaps carelessness in use, operation, or installation?  Note, I've found with material and installers you get what you pay for.

I'v done audits late at night - so that idea won't work.  Not understanding why these are damaged everyday, as I've been in a number of facilities with high traffic in S&R and don't see that.  As RMAV said, you get what you pay for and that may be the reason for damage to be happening like that, inferior materials, etc.  I don't know who makes these, however look for a great new item called a gel dam - it's a runner that fits on the bottom of the door like a brush skirt does and when the door is lowered the gel expands in the virtually indestructible casing and completely seals even if the flooring is uneven, rippled, etc.  Nifty product.
