Hello everyone.

I'd like to get some opinions about ready-to-eat products, where you only need to let them thaw, i.e. no need for heating. Can you help with some ideas on the best way to validate a product like these.

Kind regards,

Simão Monteiro

Can you give us an example of a product?

Hi Simon,

I.m talking about snacks, portuguese snacks, like codfish cakes, meat cakes, and alike.

Thanks
