Hi community.

 

My name is María José and I´m happy to join this community.

 

I write from Spain as the technical Manager in NATURE ID (www.nature-id.com) where I am providing R&D, quality and food hygiene consulting services to SMEs and entrepreneurs in agro-food area trough using sustainable and natural products and procedures. I have been working in the food processing industry, R&D and consultancy for over twenty years.

I look forward to learning the best practices in food safety and quality from all of you!
