Hello to everyone,
I am Massa from Québec City (Canada), actually I am working in Bakery Company as Quality assurance and food safety manager. I have a Master degree in Food science which has been obtained in France. I have more 6 years work experiences in several field (meat plant, Dairy plant and now bakery and Flour plant). Frankly speaking I love the whole food industry with its complexity and with ongoing learning to improving my self.
I am looking learning and sharing my experiences with others.
