Was lucky to find this site while roaming the endless Google search results for information on HACCP programs and information.
I am the operations manager and HACCP coordinator for a small private label frozen stick novelty manufacturer located in Southern California. We specialize in co-packing all natural frozen fruit bars.
As the quest for all things HACCP, food safety, and regulation changes seem to be never ending I have already found the IFSQN a valuable tool within a very short time. So much so that I became a member to take advantage of the robust tools, information, and knowledge imparted by members.
