[Jason Mah]

Good morning,

I am Jason Mah, which is from Malaysia. I had graduated not long ago, major in Food Technology and Bioprocessing. Currently, i am working as a QA at a frozen vegetarian product-manufacturing factory, which is in their transition from a traditional processing to a more automated production. I am setting up the QA/QC and food safety department for the company now. So, it would be great that i can gather a lot more knowledges regarding to quality and food safety management from all the expertise here. Thanks! Have a nice day.
