You should have :

1. Procedure for recall and withdrawal 

2. Needs for recall or withdrawal assessment report

3. Document for recall /withdrawal process :

    - Recall/withdrawal Plan record

    - Annoucement to relative party (on media or mail,....) for recall/withdrawal such as customer, consumer, and others in food chain ...etc

    - Follow - up recall/withdrawal record.

    - Effectiveness of recall/withdrawal assessment record

    - Recall/withdrawal plan adjustment if yes.
