Please advise or share any link that I can access and download books for food technology or food sciences , hopefully free downloads .

Unfotunately most technical Books are copyright for which we cannot offer links.

 

If you are willing to pay, can just google any title/topic of interest or maybe go to Amazon.

I have attached a basic book on food processing, but a good book though for basics.
