Hi everyone, my name is Penny and after some years in other food manufacturing roles in the dairy industry I have recently returned to my first love, which is Quality Management, this time with a large tomato processing company. I have over thirty years' experience in food manufacturing but I am keen to hear about the latest developments and approaches to best practice QA management from this website.
