Hi Everyone,
My name is Tim and I'm the Quality Assurance and Safety Coordinator for the largest hospital in Queensland, Australia. Previously experienced in a range of industries including beverage, dairy, bakery, food additives and RTE foods. It's nice to see there's an international community of like minded Food Safety and Quality people.
