I heared that there is an order to wear the protective clothes. Does someones have an idea about it? we should start by the hair net? and then the overall?
do you have any presentation of that?
Thank you for your help

Hi,
I had finished my ISO 22000 & HACCP training finished yesterday. I also raised the same question for the trainer they assisted to go through PAS 220 Standard.
I think there is no sequence is mentioned in any standard, if you refer PAS 220 standard (PRP on food safety for food manufacturing) only these points to be taken care
1. Work wear shall not have outside pockets or buttons.
2. Work wear shall be laundered at intervals and to defined standards suitable for the intended use of the garments.
3. Work wear shall provide adequate coverage to ensure that hair, perspiration, etc. cannot contaminate the product. Hair, beards and mustaches shall be protected (i.e. completely enclosed) by appropriate restraints unless risk analysis indicates otherwise.
4. Where gloves are used for product contact, they shall be clean and in good condition.
5. Shoes for use in processing areas shall be fully enclosed, and made from non absorbent materials.
6. Personal protective equipment, where required, shall be designed to prevent product contamination and maintained in hygienic condition.
Regards
Puneeth

Hi qm,
Assuming this is BRC, it depends on the L/H risk/care situation.
@ Puneeth - I'm surprised yr trainers were aparently unaware that PAS220 is obsolete/discontinued for several years.
Kind Regards,
