we are looking to b buy manual heat sealing machine for packing bulk products into plastic bags

can you please advise any good supplier in UK.

You may want to talk to Seal-it-Systems Ltd. based in Lancashire, UK. They are very innovative and technically/engineering very gifted.  If they cannot help I'm sure they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
