I want to know about what are the regulations for product registration and packaging labeling in UAE.

 

GCC standard and Dubai municipality standard.

Logically import = local with respect to Arabic content?

Sorry - was having trouble with internet - not sure about Product registration -I think you will need to go to the relevant Municipality Food Control section (depends on Manufacturing location I think) and ask them.
