Been lurking around for a few months and wanted to finally introduce myself. I've been hired on at a Natural Sausage Casing production facility in New York City to basically build them a QC department and earn us an SQF lvl 2 certificate. We're making great progress and I'm confident in our audit date of the end of August. This forum and you guys have been very helpful and I've found many answers and helpful suggestions among the posts.
