An ancient Chinese proverb teaches that the person who waits for a roast duck to fly into their mouth must wait a very long time.

Thanks Franco. A nifty little programme, which I'm sure, will come in very handy. It seems legit so I've installed it, although it does worry me installing freeware / shareware as sometimes the developers use these freebies as a vehicle for piggybacking their spyware or scumware onto your computer system.
Regards,
Simon

That's true Simon.sometimes the developers use these freebies as a vehicle for piggybacking their spyware or scumware onto your computer system.
You know there are spyware-adware-popup removers for free too
You also know there are many MS patches and security alerts and bugs and so on and the theoretical possibility of hacker attack and remote control of your PC
Personally I use an anti virus (registered SW), a personal firewall (registrered SW)and a couple of spyware removers (freeware) and I feel safe while surfing the web.
If I remember well, the Romans used to say "Cui custodiat custodiem ipsos ?", meaning "who controls the controllers?"
