thank you guys

any examples of how you would record the following would be great

 

 Conformation of method used for recording HACCP decision tree findings, not just CCPs: to be reviewed next inspection.

 

at the moment I just use a table for ccp decisions

We currently use the IFS PacSecure template, which has the decision tree as well. But I have seen a lot of people use the risk assessment matrix which you can easily find on the internet.
