Hi Ali,
Welcome to the IFSQN forums.
Your policy should reflect hazards and controls put in place to prevent foreign objects, for example glass policy, control of knives, inspection of incoming materials, control of wood etc. There will be procedures to support your policy.
Then you should have complaint procedure to reflect how you would deal with a foreign body complaint.
