Allergen 'fish' labelling in India

Good morning, 

 

As per the country specific laws in India does fish need only need to be declared on label or species specific (e.g salmon fish, mackerel, etc.)

 

Or is best practice to include more than the minimum requirement on the label?

astirling, would you not be putting the name of the fish as the product name on the label anyway, to identify what is inside? with this you would only need to label the allergen Fish as the product name indicates what type of fish.
