Hi all,

Now, I want to find the daily cleaning chemicals for Popcorn popper machine as 2 purposes:

1. Remove built-up carbon on surface kettle after cooking one day.

2. Maintain the shelf-life stainless steel surface of the kettle.

3. Friendly with environment and safe for foods.

Currently, we are using the Cretors Original Inside Kettle Cleaner for our machine. For saving cost, we are finding more solution for our cleaning process. I tried SmartSan Degreaser G-2 from Japan, but it's not work.

Could you recommend me any suppliers or any cleaning chemicals.

Thank you

Best,

Francis (Ms.)

If you're looking to get fancy, it sounds like dry ice blasting would be an ideal cleaning solution for your application, I've heard coffee roasters (similar cleaning requirements) use it to great success.

I might recommend some injection mold cleaner (food grade), they work well with burnt on plastics in our facility and are kind to the metals involved. Then follow up with a rinse and sanitize.

Thank you for your recommendation. I forgot to mention that our popcorn machine is for food service, specified for Cinema. Your chemicals seems be suitable for industrial cleaning.

Could you help me for any recommendation?

Thank you so much
