Just a quick note. Today's my last day as I am retiring. Thank you all for your help and support over the past few years. It's been a pleasure posting here.

First off many congratulations Jim, I hope you have a long, happy and healthy retirement.  Have you any short or long term plans for the future?

I also want to thank you for being a great member of the IFSQN, your input and just joining in and being around has been super.  You will be sadly missed.

You lucky devil.

All the best.

Simon

Hi Simon,

I plan to volunteer with charities and exercise more. I could lose 15kg without noticing!

Hi Simon,

Ha ha, nice one Jim.

I'm 52 today, I smoked up until 40 and then when I got my energy back @48 and 17.5 stone I started cycling 4/5 times a week, at first only about 10 miles and then a bit further.  As the weight dropped off I joined a couple of running clubs.  Never run in my life, never thought I could.  I've seen more of the Lancashire countryside in the past couple of years than I have in my lifetime.  Never too old to get active and nothing better for your mental and physical wellbeing.  Go for it Jim!

Cheers,

Simon
