What specification should we set for the following parameter

1. Coliform and E.coli - machine product contact surface swab test,

2.Coliform and E.coli - hand swab test

3. Yeast and Mold- Air monitoring in flour packing room

2 - Typically Not detected, see 1st link/excel

3 - No absolute answer afaik, depends on sampling procedure et al, see 2nd link/file sh1 (dairy)/excel
