Good evening please I would like documents that explains the food fraud and how to do a plan to prevent food fraud,these documents are crucial for the writing of my memory

Our food fraud policy was accidentally written into some of our other policies. I took from them, created a VERY basic risk assessment of our ingredients, suppliers, and supplies and put them all in one document. This satisfied our SQF auditor. What they want to see is that you have assessed all the possible risks to your facility and addressed them in some way. Ours is mostly addressed by "long standing relationships with supplier, our supplier evaluation form for new suppliers, and COAs on ingredients when available.
