We had an auditor site us for not having requirements documented for our 

 

- Uniform Cleaning Company

- Ecolab (air testing/cip verification)

- Vending Machine Company

 

 

Does anyone have any examples on how they manage this?

I developed an SOP for contract service providers outlining general GMPs, training, and security requirements (similar to requirements for visitors but a little more in depth), a questionnaire similar to (but more abbreviated than) our approved supplier questionnaire that outlines expectations, and then had them sign off on all as well as training for specific GMPs depending on what areas of the plant they enter.
