Pleased to be one of this network! I am quite sure that we will have a win win situation.

Let's begin the journey, Do you think that HACCP Codex and ISO 22000 is suitable to be implemented in Food Service (Catering) and Retails?

All my best regards,

Mamdouh Issa

Hi Mamdouh,

:welcome:

Welcome to the IFSQN forums.

HACCP Codex and ISO 22000 are suitable to be implemented in Food Service (Catering) in combination with ISO/TS 22002-2:2013 Prerequisite programmes on food safety -- Part 2: Catering

What you must understand though is that that there are contradictions in HACCP methodology between CODEX and ISO 22000, for example Operational Prerequisite Programmes.

Kind regards,

Tony
