We are a veggie processor and are growing in our onion processing amounts. The struggle is making onion processing work with the existing layout.

What tips/ tricks/ can't live without it things do smallish scale onion processors use? We have fan with filter currently. We'd like to avoid venting due to layout, cooling, and feasibility with our setup. Suggestions?

What does onion processing mean - bagging onions only, to cutting, etc.?  And what state are you located in?
