Hi everyone,

In chapter 18 of ISO/TS 22002-1, it is required that potentially sensitive areas must be identified and subject to access control.

However, I couldn't find an appropriate and well defined criteria to judge if an area is sensitive or not.

Anyone can provide me with guidance or  scientific methods in this set of material?

Thank you in advance.

Habib

Hi Habib,

This part is for food defence.

You should identified which are is sensitiv in connection with security. For example - packaging area should be sensitive because there are open products on the last step and is possible hazard from bioterorism.

In the website of FSSC there have a guidence for food defence : http://www.fssc22000...inal-100418.pdf

You can use.

Success!

Best regards,

Ivan
