How do you manage the zone of useless material?

in all industries there is a zone of useless materials (the firaille) how do you manage this site?

Useless to whom?

 

It was useful at one point yes?

 

I keep an inventory, ensure the area is on the cleaning schedule and mark off items as they are sold to those that useless into needed.

More probably asking about waste in the manufacturing process and how to reduce.
That would depend, of course.

yes they were useful , this is actual a good idea an inventory + a cleaning schedule
