Hi all,

 

i am now preparing a products which involved enzymatic processes, and acid (sulphuric acid) and base (sodium hydrooxide/ potassium hydroxide) are used to adjust pH of the semi-finish product to meet pH required by the enzyme. 

 

In this case, can both of the enzyme and acid/base considered as processing aids and do not required to state in labels？Any on market examples for similar issue?

It'd be useful to know where you're selling these products - different jurisdictions may have different requirements on labelling for additives/process aids.
