We manufacture bakery products ( cookie, biscuits short bread).
We do weight checks every 30 minutes by taking 5 samples or from every product run whichever comes first and record these weights.
All weight checks are done using table scales.
I am not sure the frequency of every 30 minutes would be acceptable by the BRC auditor e.g. how I can justify if challenged?
Does any one have sheet/form to work out the frequency of checks?
