What is the best method for checking the quality of cooking oil?

Hi All,

 

 

Which is the best method to check the quality of the cooking oil.

 

Is it the use of oil shortening checking strips ( for eg 3M oil shortening checking strips) or Oil quality checking instrument like "Testo oil tester"

Testo oil tester will be better and cost effective also.
