How to decide frequency of (a) final product testing and (b) handswab testing in external laboratorium? Because we dont have microbiology laboratorium in the plant
Hi nuryallah,
(a) You will need to do a risk assessment for yr specific product, process, and items to be tested.
(b) You will need to do a risk assessment for product / process / environment to define sampling location(s), target species and frequency.
Kind Regards,
