Hello There,

I am just starting to work on our company's new personal hygiene requirements, it would be a great start to have a look over an existing document. Would anyone on the forum be kind enough to share a copy of their sites personal hygiene requirements?

Thanks

Hello everyone. I am also new in the quality assurance department. Could you please give me some advice regarding establishing the frequency of personnel hygiene, (clothes, jewerly, glasses) and health monitoring? It has to be monitored everyday for every shift, or is it enough to monitor them once/week? In the case you have over 50 employers in a shift, how do you manage to monitor them everyday? Thank you.

The details will likely relate to yr unknown product/process/working pattern however one basic approach could be   -

(a) Produce a Company brochure (A) detailing the Personal hygiene requirements for all employees and which is included in the Induction package for new Employees.

(b) Designate appropriate Production Personnel (eg shift leaders) to be responsible for explaining/ensuring compliance with (A) in relevant Production Areas and signifying such via a Daily Record Form.

(c) Generate an appropriate checklist(s) for QA personnel to use in a Pre-operative check and at random intervals throughout the day which act as a Verification of the data in (b).

(d) Organise a training Program to reinforce/illustrate the requirements in  brochure (A)
