Hi All, 

Just had our commercial team dump a supplier questionnaire on me saying he had filled most of it in and could we finish it and send it back by COP today. 

 

One part has me stumped is they want a Radiological Risk Assessment. I have only started in this industry(malting) 5 days again and still in the induction phase. 

 

Does anyone have a guide to a Radiological Risk Assessment?
