Dear All,

Good Day..!!

Can anyone help me by providing details of time frame for product recall, ie time frame for Material tracking and time frame to retrieve the product from market for Class 1,2&3 recalls..

Thanks well in advance..

Is there a particular food safety standard involved?
These may have their own requirements (e.g. four hours for the traceability component under BRC). Similarly your local regulatory body, and/or that in the region(s) in which your product(s) are sold, may also have specific requirements.

fssc22000 is generic, ie probably non-specific.

traceability is (or should be) manufacturer data-based so you can presumably borrow typical values, eg BRC.

1/2/3 suggests a USFDA situation. Maybe US Posters know but I anticipate it depends on the specifics.

PS - "mock Recall"  is another variously utilised parameter.

Kind Regards,
