Hi all,

I work for a food supplement importer and supplier, and I would appreciate some advice on conducting a hazard analysis.

We import food supplements from the far east and distribute them predominately in the EU market.

We operate from a small office and we do not physically handle any of the products ourselves. The products are imported and delivered straight to our customer or to a third party warehouse.

The manufacturers we work with are all GMP, ISO, IFS and BRC certified, and they have provided us with all their HACCP, cleaning validation documents.

Can someone provide a template to help me get started with a hazard analysis?

I can't share any of my own documents, but as a useful reference you may want to download a free copy of the current BRC Agents & Brokers standard from here: https://www.brcgsboo...ue-2/c-24/p-286

Section 2 deals with their view of "Hazard Analysis", i.e. how they think HACCP(ish) should be applied by agents, brokers, distributors etc.
