Hello everyone!
I am a food consultant from north of Portugal, specialized in ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 and HACCP methods.
Besides this, I also developed a revolutionary test to control the polar compounds in frying oils.
I am here to help and be helped with doubts that arise in the course of work as a consultant, and other food safety related matters.
