Hi All,
Has any one heard of some thing called either box tie or boctie (not sure of the spelling) version of HACCP. My Manager came back from a Malting industry meeting and it was mentioned as a possible new system coming on stream.

Definitely not new from that link it appeared back in 79.
But I think it might be coming from the petrochemical industry in to the food industry. The industry body we are members of (MAGB) are releasing updated HACCP guidance for the industry and though to hold off because of this new bow-tie system coming from along.
Will keep and eye on it and see if i might add it to our HACCP system on the new review.
