Dear All.

Can someone advise if chemical migration on PET Bottles is possible and how can I approve to the auditor on this?

Yes, migration from PET packaging is possible.
You may want to get some analysis of your packaging done, if you need to show that you're within any applicable limits for chemical migration.

You can do an analysis of the packing like pHruit said, or the product you put in those bottles and see if any chemicals have been leached into it,, do a chemical analysis on any targeted chemicals. You can also speak with your supplier.

Hi,

Generally supplier has to provide you migration test report for the PET bottles they supply or else you can get it done from an accredited external laboratory.
