Dear colleagues,

Some days ago I understood that our existing food safety booklet is outdated.

Could anyone share some good examples?

Thanks in advance.

What is the definition of a food safety booklet - is this a training tool or is this your summary of your FSMS that you would provide to your customers?

Kind regards,

This is a summary of our food safety rules which would be provided to our customers, guests, third parties, etc.
