In place of our BRC audit, we had instead had a remote risk assessment. A copy of the RA template used is attached. We are packaging so I am not sure if the same template will be used for food sites.

Remind your company that nobody would thank you for a public recall right now. Seriously the commercial impact would be massive.
Indeed. Unfortunately the "run, run, run" mentality is being driven by VP of Operations. He is turning operations into a powder keg just waiting to blow with the amount of pressure everyone is feeling. In the midst of all this our production manager was let go and a new position of plant superintendent went to someone who just barks at people, and has gotten into it with 3 people from my team, including me. It will be interesting to see how everything plays out.
