What is the proper way to write CMC, enzymes or anti-foam (E900) in the ingredient list in USA?

What is the proper and legit way to write CMC, enzymes or anti-foam(E900) in the ingredient list in USA?

Follow the ingredient list of the anti-foam and list it by weight with the other ingredients on the label.  But, depending on how it is used it can also be considered a "processing aid" and does not require labeling.  Reference the links below.
