Good points guys! thanks, as always. Yes I'm in the east coast, US, and I'm looking to implement a dry cleaning and sanitizing process for a food packing site. I found ecolab product and contacted them, waiting info from them. We repack sugar here and we do not want to introduce water for cleaning.
