kindly find the attachement of risk analysis of COVID-19 in processing step.

Risk of contact

Action

Raw material Receiving

Driver,

 

Not allow direct to touch and communicate with company premises.

Document

Store and use with separate protective cover

Vehicle

Kept in segregate area.

Unloading & Store

Material 

Kept in separate place before remove C*#! or washing (primary cleaning). Every unloading vehicle change human proactive equipment.

Production area

Human    

Follow health policy and procedure,

Increase hand washing 

Daily Check Covide-19 symptoms and record  

 

Equipment

Direct contact of human surface sanitize before and after use as well as Follow equipment cleaning procedure and

Storage

Nil

Nil

Dispatch

Vehicle 

Sanitize inside the vehicle and cover all material with protective film

Hi Sagar Food,

 

Thks for the intriguing documents.

 

The conclusion of yr risk assessment of major site vectors leading to transmission of C-19 virus appears to be, in decreasing order - (a) Human worker, (b) raw material vehicle (c) production equipment

 

TBH, (a, c) are i think self-evident. But why (b)?, If true then I fear the human race is indeed doomed.
